    Why can't I use my copy function without Family and Friends reminders popping up?


    When I copy something, a Family and Friends window pops up. I don't have Microsoft 365, have never been part of Family and Friends. An annoying clipboard also keeps popping up. This has interfered with my keyboard's functionality and there are no answers for the problem from Microsoft. I would appreciate an easy fix for this.

    • What is the exact message you can read on that pop up window?

      winver and hit Enter key. Now see the build and version.

    I have no members in Family. How do I turn of the reminder that continually pops up.

    Windows 10 Pro and Ergnomic Break Reminder

    Hi,



    Apologies for the late reply.



    Do you remember installing any break reminder software?



    It looks like it is a pop up from a break reminder software.



    I suggest you to look for this in Programs in features and uninstall it if do not use it.



    Try the following steps:


    • Press Windows + R keys to open Run Command

    • Type Appwiz.cpl and hit enter

    • Search for the programs and un-install it.
