Windows 10: Why can't I write 4.6Gb Windows 10 image on 4.7Gb DVD?

I downloaded 1903 image, but when tried to write it applications tell that image doesn't fit the disk. Image is 4.6 and DVD is 4.7Gb.

7gb ISO, needs to go on DVD

I have a 7gb ISO Image that I need on a DVD. The ones I have are 4.7gb. So how do I get this 7gb ISO onto a DVD or two?

 

Surface Pro 4 Pen will not write on screen


My Surface Pro 4 Pen which I got with Surface Pro 4 has stopped writing. I can connect pen with Surface Pro 4 and and all works except I cannot write on screen.
I suspect it is the tip of pen that does not work but cannot verify this.
Please note tip is not broken.
Before I purchase a tip kit can someone suggest what I can try to see if it is the tip or something else that is faulty.
My surface Pro 4 is up to date with all updates including BIOS updates. I use a Windows 10 Fall Creators Update.

• Can you tell us what model of computer you are using while connecting to your Samsung Note 4?

However, we suggest you to run the Hardware and Device Troubleshooter through these steps:

• Press Win + X then select Control Panel.
• Click Troubleshooting.
• Click Hardware and Sound then select Hardware and Devices.
• To run the troubleshooter, follow the steps from the wizard.
