Windows 10: Why can't Microsoft keep up with iOS and Android

I'm getting fed up with the fact that everything is on iOS and Android. It seems as though Microsoft is letting itself fade into the internet background to just disappear. I remember a day when Windows was the big dog of the operating systems. Lately I try to do new things on my PC but find out "not available for PC" has become quite a common response. Why is that, Microsoft? Are you getting too old for the newer internet? Maybe afraid of it? I really can't see why Microsoft isn't LEADING the new trends like they used to instead of following. I am a die-hard Windows user have been for 28 year
