Windows 10: why cant my friend use my internet on his computer but my wifi is fine

so my friend came over and tried to connect his computer to my wifi and he's always been able to before but now randomly its always either 1 bar or or it says "can not connect to the internet" and my internet is perfectly fine, ive tried to reset my router and troubleshoot on his pc but nothing seems to work when he goes home and connects to his wifi its perfectly fine, pls i need help

Any reason for listing the 3820? Socket 2011 is total overkill for what your looking for. Socket AM3+ would be more appropriate.

No WiFi in Win10 Pro (1903) Windows Sandbox

I (seemingly) successfully updated my Surface Pro 6 to v.1903 today, and after some initial fumbles enabling it, now have Windows Sandbox enabled and it seems to open just fine. However, there is no WiFi access within Sandbox.

Accessing Settings for Network & Internet, the list on the left is:
Status
Ethernet
Dial-up
VPN
Airplane mode
Date usage
Proxy
WiFi appears no place in that window. Network status shows No Internet Access.

What step am I missing to be able to access the internet from within the Sandbox using my computer's WiFi connection?
