Windows 10: Why can't my lenovo laptop install this specific update

My lenovo laptop was bought several months ago, and everything was going normal, until I check the lenovo commercial vantage application and saw the update "Intel Management Engine Firmware - 10 1803 or Later/11 21H2 or Later- 15.0.49.2573" and tried to install it, and everything was going normal, right? Until the laptop restarted, and while it seems like everything is okay, I check lenovo commercial vantage again, and it says that "Some updates were not installed correctly" Check it out. I tried to follow the guidance of videos from the internet and websites, but they gave the same instru

Is this a new laptop?

I don't think it is malware , but rather advertisement from your PC manufacturer.

I suggest open Control Panel and under Programs and Features, check list of installed program and uninstall Lenovo one which you don't want or believe to be the program you are referring to.

Win + R then type winver. Select your OEM on the list and check if Lenovo has an update for the drivers on your laptop. You may also need Lenovo to assist you if there's an update with your laptop's system BIOS.

Not just spyware which is bad enough - but malicious software (malware), code that makes malicious changes to our computers.

So this is not just a once or even twice thing. But years or repeated offenses. And they keep getting caught - then do it again! So clearly, they just don't care and feel they are above it all. And as long as there are those wearing tin-foil hats spewing trumped up falsehoods about Microsoft every opportunity they get, the focus stays off the true perpetrators of genuine malicious activities that threaten our security - or at the very least violate our trust by purposely hiding such code in rootkits and other unremovable code.
