    Why cant my pc find the path or file for anything. And why cant i recover my pc.


    I cant pen programs like task manager or other apps from windows. And i cant recover my pc becurse settings just freeze when i try to press it.

    Anyone that can help?

    what exactly do you need to decipher about that path line? also, what are you installing? perhaps i can help.
