Windows 10: Why can't my Windows 11 File search find basic files?

I recently switched from windows 10 to windows 11 and after the update, my search function either only finds mor recent files or none at all. For example in these pictures: I am trying to find a file called "Explosion croma key green screen" which i am certain i have because it shows up when i scroll down. But that isn't a viable option for me because i have so much stuff in my downloads folder.

Generating a .txt based file list in Windows 7

I want to be able to generate a .txt file that lists all the files and folders in a specific folder on my PC, but don't know the name of any programs that do that. Searched on google a bit and came up with this guide, but it's for XP and I can't seem to find some of the folder options to modify the .bat file. Any suggestions? Thanks

EDIT: The .bat file will do what I want if it is in the folder I want to do it in, but the option I want to add is having the right click option that it shows.

you get the idea. ( too lazy to put it in a for loop and test it.

or just open regedit and remove all the fileX from that key.

 

Stored files in Hard Drive

You can use Windows search. Just search for *.* on a desired drive. When list is done just arrange them by size LOL.

You can do it via command line as well and make an output text file showing files and their sizes (but without arrangement)
