Windows 10: Why can't others see my postings to Feedback Hub?

I posted to Feedback Hub about Office over-riding user choice for "Accent colour" - Word title bar always blue, Excel title bar always green, etc, taking away a visual cue as to which program has the focus.I used the share icon in Feedback Hub to get a URL to my complaint - https://aka.ms/AAg2a3bI can access the item when I use the link. Others get told "my account doesn't have access to that feedback"I asked them to search from within Feedback Hub for the exact title of my posting "Accent color should be respected by ALL programs"When others try searching for that from within Feedback Hub,

• Did you receive any error message when you open feedback hub?

Feedback hub slow to open

Hi,

App loading issues are usually caused by slight conflicts within the system. We suggest that you reset the Feedback Hub app and check if it helps:

• Click on Start, and then Settings.
• Go to Apps.
• In Apps & features, look for Feedback Hub.
• Click on Feedback Hub, and then click on
  Advanced options.
• Click on Reset.

Hello,

Regarding your concern, please follow the steps provided below:

• Go to the App list menu.
• Tap and hold on the Feedback Hub app and the Contextual menu will appear.
• Tap Uninstall in the Contextual menu.
• Soft reset your phone by pressing and holding the Volume down + Power key until it vibrates, after uninstalling the said app.
• Re-install Feedback Hub app from the Windows Store.
  

The aforementioned app should install the latest version.
