Windows 10: Why can't reinstall windows 11 Pro on the same PC receiving message "This PC can't run...

Hi, I am just wondering why I cant reinstall my windows 11 Pro, I have my own key and downloaded the media creation tool from official microsoft page to make a booteable pendrive, then started trying to boot up the USB via UEFI mode and received this message after I put the windows key: This PC can’t run Windows 11 This PC doesn’t meet the minimum system requirements to install this version of Windows. For more information, visit https://aka.ms/WindowsSysReq So I boot up the PC and checked PC Health Status app and the pc is passing the test whitout issues, it even says that my pc is fully comp

Annoying This PC can´t run Windows 11 message

Hi folks
I´ve got an older laptop here I´m using which I KNOW won´t run W11 and don´t want to even attempt to run it on as the default OS -- and W10 will still be current for a few years yet so why on earth every time I go to update W10 I get that stupid message





Surely there ought to be a user selectible option --> check if PC is able to run W11 or similar.

Does it mean now we will have to see this message for ever on older computers that have no intention of having W11 installed on them. !!!

(That said though I've installed W11 as a test via boot from VHDX physical disk note NOT a VM and using Dism /apply-image from a W11 iso downloaded from UUPDUMP and it does install and work on this same machine BTW -- but that's another issue -- I should be able to bootW10 and update normally without the annoying message).

Am trying to reinstall windows 11 on pc via USB drive , get message saying windows 11 will not run on this pc.

Been having trouble with windows 11 crashing and advised to do a clean install via USB drive . Tried this 3 times but on last installation , windows would not activate . Tried to reinstall windows 11 again , set up starts ok but then get message saying windows 11 will not run on this PC . Been running ok up till now .

System is a Gigabyte H370 HD3 motherboard , Intel core i3 8100, LGA1151. 16 GB Corsair memory. Am stuck with windows 11 installation that didn`t install properly and won`t activate. Now I can`t reinstall windows either . Am I going to have to back to windows 10 and stick with that ? Totally frustrated.

Any help appreciated

Hello i today try to reinstall pc but when i click on delete files etc its say

c:\windows\system32\logfiles\srt\srttrail. txt

Idk what to do i want reinstall pc too much becouse i think i have virus but i don t know how can u help me please
