    Why can't there be a better way of recovering our SSD drives after a major cash?


    I have never heard of Bit locked drives. No one asked if I wanted my drive locked. Now, my computer died and I really NEED the data off of it. I searched for my computer on Microsoft and found a couple of computers but the IDs didn't 't match my Lenovo Yogo that had so much work related material on it. I have a lab looking at it now. but they needn't believe they could clone without the key. I may have several Microsoft accounts. I have Microsoft 365, I bought computers for my granddaughters when they went to college. With this, I would think Microsoft could at least help me find the ID

    Hi, you would need to describe exactly what you have done step by step as the possibilities in your minimal description are many. We don't even know for sure exactly where your original disk is or what method you have used, so no point suggesting data recovery methods yet.
