    I Purchased Microsoft 365 Family on 1/30/24. I saw where It has me for a renewal on 5/24. How is that possible when I purchased a 1 year subscription?Thank you,Virginia Owens

    How to compliment customer service representatives?

    I'm not sure how this can be done. Not even sure if this is the appropriate place to ask, but is there a way to compliment Microsoft customer service representatives in some way? I had a problem with updating my version of windows and two really great
    people helped me out with, and solved my problem. Just wondering if there's a concrete way I can say thanks.

    Otherwise THIS is basically it.

    You don't honestly think that there is actual person to person support unless you are a paying customer like a business or they think your software isn't valid?
