    Why can't windows 10 intall drivers for my program?


    I am trying to install the drivers for Datacolor Spyder 5. I had to show windows where the drivers were so that it could install them but now there's a problem installing them. I have attached a screen shot.

    I have successfully installed it on my laptop which has the same version of windows 10 as my desktop has. I have contacted Datacolor and they seem to think it's a windows problem considering it is working just fine on the laptop.

    Unlocked Realtek HD Audio Drivers Windows 7 & 8 (With Dolby Digital Live and DTS Interactive)

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

    Hey Dj Urko, I am trying to install the realtek driver and I get the error 0x0001. I have disabled secure boot and Driver signature. I have the latest win 10 build. What am I doing wrong? Can u post the complete list of steps that I have to take? I have an asus z170 with alc1150.
