Windows 10: Why can't ZOOM participants hear me?

Why can't ZOOM participants hear me during my meeting on this computer?

When using ZOOM I can see and hear participants but they cannot see me though sometimes they are able to hear me.

I just purchased a Dell Desk Top with Windows 11. When using ZOOM I can see and hear participants but they cannot see me though sometimes they are able to hear me. What is the problem?

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

• If you have a mouse with a wheel, hold down the Ctrl key, and then scroll the wheel to zoom in or out.
• From the keyboard, you can increase or decrease the zoom value in 10% increments. To zoom in, press Ctrl + (+). To zoom out, press Ctrl + (-). To restore the zoom to 100%, press Ctrl+0.

Can't hear other app audio when in a Zoom meeting

When I am in a zoom meeting, I am unable to hear anything except for the audio from the meeting. This does not mean that I cannot hear other participants in the meeting, just that if there is another app with audio playing at the same time, I cannot hear
it. I don't know anyone else with this problem and can't find any help on this issue on the Zoom help website. I use a Bluetooth headset, and all my drivers are up to date. I can hear sounds from other apps only when I am not in a meeting.
