Windows 10: Why certain applications won't run on main Microsoft account but will work on a secondary one?

I have two applications that won't launch on my main account. I feel like I have done everything under the moon to try and resolve it. Running it as an admin, reinstalling, allowing them through the firewall, running older versions of each one, making sure I meet the system requirements, Windows is up to date, that they are installed in the right location, drivers are up to date, not using a custom theme, etc. I do use apps that give my computer a custom theme, but even after disabling them the apps would not launch properly. They will act like they are launching as a window pops up but then

Applications won`t maximize

Following a W10 update, applications only open as minimised on the taskbar and won`t maximize. I have tried closing them minimised but no good. Can anyone help ? thanks

Making backup and re-format...

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!
