Windows 10: Why did I get a troubleshoot screen when I restarting my pc on 5th of April 2025

So I got a troubleshoot screen when I restarted my pc this was on the 9pm British time and I got really worried and thought I had to reinstall windows luckily I didn’t have to but this is just to get an answer on why it happend so I can hopefully stop it again if I can thanks!

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

 

Bluetooth is not working — troubleshoot claims I don't even have it

I have done all the following steps:

- installed bluetooth driver from manufacturer
- hit windows update
- updated / uninstalled bluetooth items listed in Device Manager and restarted the PC
- updated / uninstalled USB drivers listed in Device Manager and restarted the PC (USB drivers automatically came back but not bluetooth)
- turned on and restarted all bluetooth support in services.msc
- conducted bluetooth troubleshooting
- conducted hardware troubleshooting
