Windows 10: Why did I receive an earlier Windows 10 update after I had received a Cumulative Windows 10...

I received two different 2019-01 Cumulative updates for Windows 10 version 1803 (KB4480966) and (KB4480976). Then I received a 2018-10 Update for Windows 10 version 1803 (KB4023057). Why did this happen? My understanding is that cumulative updates are supposed to include all earlier updates.

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

windows 10 worth the upgrade?

This is the biggest update W10 ever had. Lol look at the file list.
This is pretty good for those who installed Windows 10 today. Just one update that has everything, no need to install previous updates.

 

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install
