Windows 10: Why did Microsoft shut down Art Explosion Publisher Pro 3! This makes me want to start...

When will this program I paid $79.00 dollars be up and running I am seeing on the net that Microsoft has shut it down?Art Explosion Publisher Pro 3.

MICROSOFT issues with Art Explosion Publishing Pro 3:

I have ongoing issues with Art Explosion Publihing Pro 3: I now seems that the more you use the LogoStudio feature or trying to bring in a previous saved page from this software, or an image from your computer files - the more the software fails in Windows
10....it asks if you want it to try to recover....that is a blessing and gets you some things back. Recently, when I bring back in a saved page from previous Publication, (made on this software) it also crashed. Can you please help advise on these issues???
I will be happy to have you contact me and watch this happen! I really need help with this problem. I have contacted NOVA...they say to contact you.

 

I do a newsletter about every two months using Publisher Pro program. When I publish the file as a pdf, it doesn't compress the file, it makes it considerably larger. How can I correct?

This is not a Windows Issue, it is an issue with the PDF Producer in Art Explosion Publisher Pro, if you want help please provide this Screenshot, because I have never used this software, I do
feel the options mentioned above reside in the settings on this window

From their Website, this is where the option to change PDF settings is:

• Go to the File menu and select the Publish as PDF option.
• Make any changes to the settings - Please provide a screenshot of this Window

I don't know why you mentioned "Office 360" (actually Office 365) and "Publisher" then, naturally leading us to think you were talking about Microsoft Publisher that's part of Office.

It's always better to provide as many details as possible up front, so people don't get confused or waste both their time and yours suggesting solutions that might not apply to your situation.

Quite possible, but what makes you think that a Windows update might be to blame for this third party program to start behaving differently? Did you check if the program itself has received any updates of late, or whether some settings have simply been changed,
perhaps by mistake or someone else? Seems to me your question might be better directed at the program's developers.
