    Why did microsoft steal my Outlook 2016 which I paid for.


    Logged me out of Outlook 2016 after an update. I purchased Office 2016. Not the **** ****Office 365. Now it is demanding an outlook.com login, which I never used. I used my gmail account to login. I am so disgusted how I defended Microsoft. Now their plan is to provide me with a less usable version and charge me annually for it. I see why the Google worksheets are becoming so popular. I just want to get back into my Outlook 2016 and retrieve my mail.

    The screen shot looks like that's where she would CREATE a new group. What is on the "Send/Receive" tab?

    Adjusting font size in Outlook folder list (2016/2019)

    Hi folks
    Is there a way to get this screen in Outlook 2016/2019.

    Here in Outlook 2010 you can easily adjust the font size and type in the folder list (navigation pane) and other things which makes it much more readable on a large monitor - sometimes default fonts are too tiny - especially when viewed on large screens !!

    I can't seem to get to similar screens in Outlook 2016/2019.
    In Some places you can't set size either - you just get choice of small, large, larger !!!!!!! definitely a retrograde step IMO.

    Group Email In Outlook 2016? Need Help!

    Hi guys,

    I have a client with a problem in outlook 2016 with her not been able to do a group email. She said she could just click on the group button on version 2007 outlook and then (I guess) select the group of people you wish to send a email to. But in this new version she cant as the group button or selection is greyed out. I honestly have no clue as I don't use the program but was wondering if anyone on here has any idea?

    I have uploaded a pic of a screen shot of her outlook 2016 with the greyed out group option.

    If anyone has any clue or suggestions to give me to give to her that would be great *Smile Why did microsoft steal my Outlook 2016 which I paid for. :)
