    Why did my 2013 streets & trips stop working? I was using it one day about a couple of months ago, then when I went to use it the next day, I wasn't able to access the streets & trips.I then decided to try restore/go-back, but that didn't work either. So, my next options was to uninstall then reinstall with the original disc I have. I have done that process several times with no luck there either.Someone mentioned it was because I have windows 10. Well, I found that to be wrong also because I thought I would try to install sreets & trips in our other laptop, which is newer and has

    Microsoft Streets & Trips - 2013 activation

    After upgrading to Windows 10, my existing program Microsoft Streets & Trips - 2011 did not work, so I downloaded Microsoft Streets & Trips - 2013 from a Microsoft website as a free 14-day trial. The next day I called 5 different Microsoft support offices
    and was told I could not purchase the program I had just downloaded from them, but should use maps from Bing. How do I purchase Microsoft Streets & Trips - 2013 that I just downloaded?

    Why did my 2013 streets & trips stop working?

    I was using it one day about a couple of months ago, then when I went to use it the next day, I wasn't able to access the streets & trips.

    So why doesn't it work anymore? Yes, I guess I get it reinstalled but get the error msg. License error, ERROR # 0xC004D301, when I go to open/run it.

    If you are saying that it says "no GPS receiver is detected" on Street & Trips 2013 that was installed on your new PC, we suggest you read this
