Windows 10: Why did my 32" TCL Roku TV and my HP PC stop talking to each other?

Hello Microsoft friends,This is a hardware/software/system situation:I have an HP Computer with IntelR CoreTM i5-4590 CPU @ 3.30GHz 3.30 GHz and a 32" Roku TV. They have been connected for 3 yrs, then something has caused them to not talk. They are connected with an HDMI to an adapter for the pc. I have switched the HDMI cord From 1 to 2 along with the TV, I don't have another HDMI cord to check but I've tried everything else. Diagnostics and Troubleshooters don't give me a solution. Now Windows 10 is leaving, our computers are not compatible. So we have to but 2 new computers? Can I just

Screen Cast Windows 10 PC to Roku TCL TV 32'

I am not able to cast windows 10 on Roku TCL TV even both Roku tv and windows 10 have option to do so

on window i get error some thing went wrong and received no prompt on Roku

I am able to cast youtube from mobile

 

cast my pc to tcl-roku smart tv

my computer knocks my TCL Roku smart TV off of the media player. it was casting to my tv but for some reason my pc starting knocking it off

 

Problem with projecting my Windows 10 Asus laptop to android 55" TCL Roku TV

I'm trying to project my laptop to my Roku tv. I perform the following steps:

1. Connect To Wireless display

2. I see the 55" TCL Roku TV in the device list

3. Click on it to connect.

4. After about 20 seconds of processing, error appears: "Couldn't connect"...

Any ideas ?

Though I'm able to connect same laptop to same TV with HDMI cable.
