Windows 10: Why did my computer start rebooting randomly?

My computer has started rebooting randomly. Typically while it's idle I'm not sure if it's related to the monitor going to sleep. I've never seen the reboot happen while I was actively using it. It's only ever happened when I both wasn't actively using the computer and not looking at it. Since it started happening out of the blue after the PC has been rock solid for years, I was thinking it might be a windows update that caused it to start happening. I'm not able to find any information around this though.Should I uninstall 2025-03 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 10 Version 22H2 f

PC Randomly Reboots

Just recently, my PC started to randomly reboot, to start it was once every other day, and know every few minutes.
Any suggestions to rectify this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Try turning off automatic restart on system failure and see if it is giving a blue-screen before it reboots. That might at least give you an error message or code so you can start your troubleshooting from there. Otherwise it is just a shot in the dark. It could be bad RAM, bad HDD, bad ODD, a bad cable somewhere, PSU dying, motherboard dying, a software issue and the list goes on...

I don't think he ever said it reboots during the boot process. It just randomly reboots while the computer is running.
