Windows 10: Why did my IPV4 change break everything?

I recently manually changed my IPV4 address on my laptop but noticed afterwards that all my games and apps stopped working and the redirects all thought I was disconnected from the Internet even though I very much am not. I changed it back to the original one but everything was still broken. Please help me.

Do you remember installing any break reminder software?



It looks like it is a pop up from a break reminder software.



I suggest you to look for this in Programs in features and uninstall it if do not use it.



Try the following steps:

• 
  Press Windows + R keys to open Run Command
  
• 
  Type Appwiz.cpl and hit enter
  
• 
  Search for the programs and un-install it.

Disable IPv4 from automatically being changed

Hello. I want to prevent the IPv4 address from automatically being changed.

I tried the following:

• This tutorial by Port Forward.
  
  After completing it, I receive the
  following fix for the error → According to the error, it disables DHCP for "Ethernet".
  
• This tutorial by Windows Tech Info.
• This tutorial by Notebook for Programmers.

My goal is to prevent from IPv4 to automatically change.

 

Lastpass Suddenly has a Site it says is insecure

In addition check DNS (compare both machines)

Change IPv4 and IPv6 DNS Server Address in Windows
