Windows 10: Why did my MSN Premium stop working after several years?

I have MSN Premium email on all 3 of my computers for years. All of a sudden about a month ago it stopped working on one of my laptops. For some reason when I click on my MSN Premium Butterfly icon, I get a generic login screen with my 3 email addresses listed. When I click on any of them another window appears saying please choose another account but nothing happens. I called msn premium support and they tried to reload msn premium several times but it still doesn't work. They said they needed to kick this issue up to a level 2 tech and they would fix it. No one ever called me back. 3 m

MSN Premium browsing problem

Every time (and I mean every time it loads) I go into Foxnews.com I get kicked out by the msn premium browser.
I can go to the internet explorer and browse on foxnews with no issues but if I do this with the premium account browser it kicks me out with a message “MSN has stopped working”


It’s almost like this site has been blocked by Microsoft premium users or something on the web site does not agree with MSN premium.


Anyone else see this issue? It has happened occasionally but not on the load of a page every time.

MSN premium stopped working

After having continuous trouble with MSN premium I finally canceled my subscription after I tried to open my mail using the MSN icon and nothing happened. This was an ongoing problem for over a week and if I can't get the service I'm not going to pay for
it. I still use my MSN address but that too may disappear when my subscription expires. Not sure what's going to happen with all the information that MSN stores in the "cloud" and that the "new and wonderful" Windows 10 won't allow me to store on my computer.

 

Problems with Windows 10 and my MSN Premium

MSN premium stopped working every time just about every time I clicked on the desktop icon. Then about two weeks ago it started working. When I went to to the control panel on Programs and Features I noticed Microsoft had installed a Program titled MSN.
also one called Internet explorer repair tool. Since then I have only one instance of MSN premium stopped working, Seems as if this may be a fix.
