    Why did my PayPal get charged for my Microsoft 365 subscription when I have $250 credit available from my friends and family pass? I’ve never had this problem before.

    I have a subscription for Microsoft Office 365 for a computer at email address *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

    I need to renew this subscription as the credit card connected to the greenslopes account has been destroyed

    Can you please help me do this

    An unrecognized charge on my Credit Card

    I have a recurring charge on my credit card for $45 "MSFT*E0500KRRU1 8006427676 WA" that I dont recognize. I have a Business Standard 365 account and Visio Subscription which are paid by a different credit card. This charge started in July 2021. Please help

    How to use Microsoft Account balance for Office 365 subscription!?!?!?!

    I have a $100 balance in my Microsoft Account. I want that money to be used to pay for my Office 365 subscription, NOT my credit card. How do I make sure that my Microsoft balance, NOT my credit card, will be used to pay for my Office 365 subscription?
