Windows 10: Why did my PC suddenly develop a problem in startup where nonexisted in the span of a day

Quality and a feature update the other day. Yesterday I was watching a movie and it began to buffer and it stayed on the screen buffering for probably 4 or 5 hours. I went out of the room for a short time to make dinner and when I came back the PC had restarted itself I don't know if that was due to an update or what but the screen was stuck in boot loop mode it said PC didn't start properly when I hit continue on to Windows 11 it came back to start up error and went into diagnostic mode and automatic attempt to fix it, then had me restart again and afterwards it said that I needed to reset my

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

 

Need development PC of low Price for my startup

Hello Team,

I am starting a small development company based in Delhi, India. I need new PC's suggest me some PC for minimum price possible.

Software to be used

Xampp
MySql
Java Dev.
Android Studio (Planned)
Linux/Windows 7

My Budget is INR- 15000, it will be pure development pc and wont be used for any kind of heavy graphics or gaming at all.

I find it tough to select processor as core 2 duo is still in market for very minimal price, till now I was using some rented pc's but now I have to get some new pc with complete ownership.

If possible help me out.

What If I change amd with intel core 2 duo as much I know I have to move to ddr2 from ddr3 and different mobo with lga 775 support but how much it will affect the costing.

 

Startup programs not launching on startup

Replying to Brink none of that works here is why-
Step 1- No items listed in startup on task manager as stated.
Step 2- I dont have shell:Startup on the pc as it cannot be located
Step 3- I dont understand that option also the startup folder cannot be found
Step 4- No apps showing under startup on settings
Step 5- Dont have access to advanced options at all for any apps
Step 6- Doesn't work.

@dalchina, Will try the program now and no I have no suitable restore points and also nothing that I am aware of has been updated besides for Windows Updates but nothing major. WIll respond once I try the program.
