Windows 10: Why did my windows boot fail while it was running?

HelloI was just playing a video game, while all of a sudden my pc went blackA few seconds later the monitor turned back on with a text saying that the boot failed and that i needed a recovery diskI hit continue and then it prompted me with a boot manager screen, with Windows Boot Manager completley goneIt seemed to be fixed after i simply powered it off and on agianI have experienced similar issues for a long time where the screen goes simply black, but nothing like this, so i wanted to know what just happened and what should i do to prevent this incase it happens in the futureI have a Lenovo

Windows 10 fails to update


When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

Load USB Drivers with no386.....

Ask you load cd drivers. NO
Ask you load SCSI drivers. NO
Ask you anything NO.
USB driver list comes out. 8 Don't choose anything else.

type
C:\ (that should be your mp3 player if you did it right)

atiflash -i
to list the adapters

atiflash -p -f 0 ???.bin

done.........
