Windows 10: Why did the Russian language appear?

Hello,I only have two languages installed on my system: English and Ukrainian. Ukrainian is the interface language.However, for some reason, the Russian keyboard layout has appeared, and I want to remove it. Unfortunately, I cannot find it anywhere in the system except in the keyboard layout options.

Russian language in start menu

I have started noticing Russian language in my start menu and in some windows applications (eg Calculator and Photo previewer).



I do have Russian language installed but its not default and I want my menu to be English.
I'm sure this is an easy fix, but if someone can step me through it, I would appreciate it.

When I turn on the Ukrainian region, the Russian language is automatically added to me.

6. After removing Russian, ensure that Ukrainian (Ukraine) is the only language listed in the "Preferred Languages" section. If Ukrainian is not listed, click the "Add a language" button and select Ukrainian.
