Windows 10: Why did windows complete restart cause a restart loop? And how do I get out of it?

I've tried to enter troubleshoot, but it won't do it. The laptop was working fine before the complete restart, and showed no signs of damage. So I can only assume it's something wrong with windows itself.Can't exactly use a USB with windows 10/11 because the system restarts every 2-3 seconds. Can't get to the login screen because it's restarting with no end. It flashes "64%" then immediately restarts again.I don't have another computer, so I would prefer a way to fix this without another if possible.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
