Windows 10: Why didn't it provide a download link for the update file?

Hi Microsoft,So i was trying to download KB4534310 update so i can play Roblox on my windows 7. Because my computer cannot upgrade anymore so Windows 7 is my only computer to play roblox, but when i try to download the msu update for KB4534310 i click the "download" button and this showed upWhere is my update link? It usually shows a msu download link so i can click on it and download but why did this show up on me. How can i download the .msu file if it only shows a updateID. Please help!!!

Notification didn´t appear

Windows 10 has ben released for 1 day and a half,and I didn´t get the notification for installing.I reserved it.Can anyone help me?

PS I am running Windows 7 and it´s up to date.

Here's the steps to update EMUI 4.1.1 to 5.0 :

• Download the EMUI 5.0(desired version) .zip file, and unzip it.
• Place the .hwt file in the HWThemes folder from your phone.
• Using the Themes app, apply the new theme.
• Restart the phone, in order to see all the new changes.

And you’re done!

 

Chrome/ App didn`t start

Thanks for your help but... it didn`t work, I get the same error...

I would like to try some more solutions before reinstalling the Windows, so if you can assist me a little bite more... ... it would be highly appreciated.
