Windows 10: Why do all of my applications move to my primary display whenever the machine sleeps or...

I have a Windows 10 Home machine, running on Intel i7-11700F w/ 32G of main mem. I have a pair of monitors connected to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060. My drivers are up-to-date.Until earlier this week, I'd had two 1920x1080 24" monitors connected to the machine. Differing brands. One was Dell and the other is ViewSonic. Before swapping out the Dell monitor, I'd never had this problem before, but I replaced the Dell with an Acer 27" 2560x1440. The ViewSonic is still Windows' primary monitor, which is what I want, but every time the machine goes to screensaver or to sleep, it now moves EVERY SINGLE

All control lost when primary machine sleeps and control on other machine
