Windows 10: Why do gaming companies assume MS is the problem?

Hi! I play a game called wwe 2k23.. It crashes on their upload section of the game. Their agent told me to do all this dxdiag, memory check, the whole shebang.I sent all that, they said it was the radar that was the problem.There's no FKN way that this computer is the problem but leave it to 2k to say "It's impossible to be wrong on our side." The actual problem is that it's the ONLY thing that crashes. I have games that are far more demanding on this computer and it only happens on WWE 2k23's internet side. They basically told me to take my computer apart and put it back together software wi

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

MS Store Games

When you download a Game or an App from Windows Store, the location where the files and folders related to the Game or an App will be located in
WindowsApps folder at Program Files which can be accessed from C: drive.

Step 1: You can search the Game or an App you downloaded using
Cortana by following the steps below:

• Click on Start key on the Keyboard and type the game name in the search box. The downloaded game will show in the top most search result.
  
• Click on the game and check if you can access the game.

Step 2: To pin the game on the taskbar, follow the steps below:

• Search for the game using Cortana by following the steps above.
• Right click on the game and select Pin to Taskbar option.
• Close the window and check if the game is pinned to taskbar.
