Windows 10: Why do I always have to re-buy Minecraft everytime I switch computers?

I've finally gotten a really nice PC and I download Minecraft just for it to tell me I have to buy it again. This is probably the third time this has happened and it has made me re-buy Minecraft. I love this game but why can't I just buy it and feel safe its mine. Sometimes I'm just too scared to open it because I just don't want to re-buy it for the forth time.

It looks as if the existing minecraft server will use the new system without modification - It needs to be able to access the computers on the network in a two way link, which is the standard for Workgroup and Homegroup

It's not something I have any direct experience with but a quick read suggests to me that you will not need to do Much if any reconfiguration of the existing server

I own minecraft for windows 10 and minecraft for nintendo switch if I buy something on windows will it transfer to my switch.

I want to buy plastic texture pack on windows 10, but will it transfer on all accounts to my switch?

Get BSOD When Playing Minecraft, Error:Thread stuck in disc driver


We just got a new computer that came with Windows 10. Its an Asus K31bf. Everytime my son plays Minecraft, I get a blue screen with an error msg thread_stuck_in_disc_driver and it tries to restart the computer. Sometimes it restarts no problem, other times it will freeze on the blue screen and I have to manually shut it off and restart. I have no idea how to fix this issue. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
