Why do I belong to an organization?

I have been attempting to change some settings, specifically, I want my computer to stop rebooting at 2 am every day. When i go into many of my settings pages I get the prompt, "*some settings are managed by your organization" , I do not belong to any organization, nor do I recall connecting any accounts tied to one directly to my computer. I tried to do all the tricks like gpedit.msc and the registry edit routes but neither worked. in fact the folder I was suggested to go to within the registry did not even exist. if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

    :)

    Extracting Zip Files

Are the step-by-step processes identical? That is, the folder extracted from and the folder extracted to belong to the same hierarchical file system structure. If they are, that suggests mildly the Cumulative Update left an electron or two out of place.
