Windows 10: Why do I encounter issues installing Topaz Labs AI on windows 11 laptop?

Thought I spent 20 minutes installing purchased Topaz Labs AI software but Windows screwed up-didn't seem to get installed?

My Windows 11 is fully up-to-date. I've tried uninstalling/re-installing the Topaz Labs applications. Re-installing multiple drivers for my PC. I did try creating a new account and the application did successfully open when signed into it.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

I've started experiencing a really strange issue in Windows 11 that I just cannot resolve. If I try to launch any photo editing applications such as any from Topaz Labs or digiKam, the apps do not open. Once I do click on any of their shortcuts from the Start menu, nothing happens and then I notice it prevents other stuff on my computer from opening. I can't access Task Manager, File Explorer, or anything. If I have Task Manager running before attempting to run any of the photo apps, I can see a process open for it and I can end it. Once I end the process for it, the computer resumes working as if nothing happened and any explorer windows and applications I tried to launch will suddenly all start at once. I still cannot open any of the photo editing apps after this though.

Note that I can open Photoshop and Lightroom apps fine without any issue, as they don't seem to be affected by this strange issue. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
