Windows 10: Why do I get 1 FPS??

Ok, so when I go to play roblox, or use discord and google, sometimes it will drop down to 1 FPS. I've looked at many articles, tried many things, but nothing worked. The only thing I didn't try is factory resetting my computer, and I do think it will solve my problems. It used to be my moms work computer, and she gave it to me. And before you say "omg, it's probably a super old computer, just buy a new one" NO!! It's actually a really good computer, and I get lots of FPS in my games. I asked my mom if she had any problems with anything going slow, or goes down to 1 FPS, and she said no. So, I

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.

I have Symbian Belle version that can´t be upgradet (Nokia Suite says it is up to date but version is 111.020.0307) and producte code is 059M3V8.

So I need help that some one explains step by step how to upgrade my v 111.020.0307 Belle to v112.10.1404 Belle FP 1.

Video or picture explaining would be great if possible.

5. Click the switch below Record game clips. Screenshots, and broadcast using Game bar so that it turns Off.
   

Step 2: Disable Game DVR.

1. Right-click the Start button.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Gaming.
4. Click Game DVR.
5. Click the switch below Record in the background while I'm playing a game so that it turns Off.
