    Why do I get a blue design NOT BSOD on startup, replacing my photo?


    Suddenly, I started getting a blue-design screen NOT BSOD on the page where I enter my PIN code. After I enter my pin, I see my photo on my desktop. But how do I get rid of this ugly screen on startup?

    Startup Blue Screen

    Hi Jon,

    Startup blue screen error(s) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. It could be due to the following:

    • Outdated device software drivers
    • Corrupted Windows update system files
    • Software/Security conflicts

    • Did you get any blue screen stop error codes?
    • Have you tried booting in Safe mode?

    Why do I get a blue design NOT BSOD on startup, replacing my photo?

    Replacement for photo viewer

    Win ver 19041.388

    Just do not like this "new" photo viewer, it is just cumbersome to operate, lot of extra steps etc. I like the older Win photo viewer, however since JPG files are saved as "unhandled Extension handler finder", *Confused I need something else. Appreciate any suggestions that is not overly optioned, just a simple viewer. Tx
