Windows 10: Why do i get acces denied and why was my thread locked?

Bruh I have a complaint Why does my thread has to be locked i need help and that ambiossder wasn't even helping me I wasnt abusing also that was kinda rude i don't like your customer support Microsoft i i need to be betterr

Hello, since iI have a problem with outlook and try to solve it I notist by all outlook and Microsoft pages the warning ; acces denied, I have a legal Windows 7 so,whats the problem?

thread lock

My problem is in viewing youtube vdeos the picture zooms to a small part of the picture as soon as play is pressed.

One suggestion somewhere was that the thread was locked which I dont understand and that I should unlock it to access overlay????
