Windows 10: Why do I get better performance with the 3060ti than the rx6800

I've tested the 3060ti and the rx6800 in some games and in one game, I was getting 55-60 FPS on the rx6800, 65-75 on the 3060ti.On another game, I was getting 175-220 FPS on both.While I know that both of the gpu's should be getting more FPS, I wanna know why I'm getting better performance on the 3060ti rather than the rx6800 since the rx6800 is better than the 3060ti.For more information, this experiment was done using a thunderbolt 4 cable connected to a what I think is a laptop with a thunderbolt 3 port I'm not sure, it's a Dell latitude 7390 the backlight version. I thought the gpu's sho

System low performance in games with 12gen CPU and 3060ti

I've already checked that one , it's a PC not a laptop and I've checked to see if my system is using onboard graphic or 3060ti and it was using 3060ti
