Windows 10: Why do I get the error 'Notepad: The filename is invalid' when clicking 'Edit script' in Gmsh?

I am encountering an issue in Gmsh where, upon clicking 'Edit script,' I receive an error message stating 'Notepad: The filename is invalid.' Has anyone else experienced this problem, and if so, what might be causing it? Additionally, are there any recommended solutions or workarounds? Thank you for your assistance!I am using Windows 11 22H2 as my operating system.

win10script/win10debloat.ps1 at master . ChrisTitusTech/win10script . GitHub (updated yesterday)

Download or copy/paste the script and save as ps1 and edit with Notepad++ as suggested.

 

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?

If you're trying to open an Office document like Word or Excel using Notepad, be informed that since the app only detect pure text, it will lose all the format and objects originally came with the document.

You can follow these steps to open a document in Notepad:

1. Right-click the document file.

2. Select Open With, and select Notepad. If not its not on the list, click
Choose another app.

3. Select Notepad, and click OK.
