Windows 10: Why do I get the troubleshooting blue screen randomly when I restart the laptop?

I've noticed lately that whenever I restart my laptop Lenovo IdeaPad flex 5 i7, the troubleshooting blue screen may appear after the BIOS splash screen so randomly, I mean, I don't click anything to trigger it. why is that? Plus, I've reset the computer 5 days ago, due to some unknown issues related to inability of rebooting and loading Windows 11.
