    Red X on Pictures Folder - Why?

    Hello:

    Just today, when I expanded the Folder SubDir's I see a large red X taking up part of the Pictures folder. When expanding the folder to view all the subfolders, some have an x and some do not. Regardless, all pictures are intact and I am able to access
    all pictures.

    Anyone have an idea why there is a Red "X" on the lower left hand side of some folders?

    I have red X's next to folders named pictures, desktop and documents?

    I do not understand why I have red X's next to pictures, desktop and documents.
