Windows 10: Why do I have a white screen when I’m setting up my pc?

When I’m done with the “Use your android phone from your PC” and click my answer it’s says “just a moment” before the setup screen goes white and nothing happens what is happening and can I fix it?

Running w10 cant get screen saver to work .I set the settings to turn on photo gallery but white blocks keep showing .
