Windows 10: Why do I have a Windows 7 homescreen, yet my computer says I am running Windows 11? PLEASE...

This is quite an in-depth problem, so please be sure to read carefully. I was playing with some emulators rpcs3 specifically when I clicked on a file called ''RPSC3LOG.zip''. My screen immediately froze, went black, started flashing black, and then went back to normal. I closed all instances of rpcs3 using Task Manager, hoping that would solve the problem. It did not. I now have Windows 7 homescreen, none of my apps excluding games and browsers will open, causing an error saying ''explorer.exe: Class not registered.'' to appear no idea as to the cause of this. I also cannot use any widge
