Windows 10: Why Do I have low fps and low cpu and gpu utilization csgo?

My Specs:RTX 3060 Ti i5-12400F16GB RAMThe problem: Im testing with csgo because I know its more of a cpu heavy game and thats what I play often, I noticed that I have 300 fps intead of 500 and 600sand its even dropping down to the 180s I watched videos with it with the same graph settings and everything on the same csgo map and version And mine is just has lower fps and even stutters often, I have the newest BIOS, GPU, CPU update already installed, I tried turning G-Sync off etc. The CPU utilization is always 30ish%the GPU is 30% too but when I set my graphics settings higher the GPU goes high

all setting is low but fps: 18-24

why?

all driver is last update

i gpu core clock 1000 mhz in the msi afterburner

but all game use 400-500 mhz

play the bf1 with a8 7600 with apu

Low Fps Problem

Hello everyone, recently i had low fps on my device when running games. after about 5-10 minutes the fps start to drop from 60 to 10 / 20

reducing graphic don't resolve any problem it just getting worse. I tested roblox on my laptop and the fps low when running 5-10 minutes after but when i test with my friend laptop who have lower specs than me and the laptop running stable 60 fps on high graphics the laptop doesn't even have exhaust grill to push the hot air out. Is it driver problem? or my devices? lmk

CPU : Intel I5-1135G7

GPU : MX-330

RAM : 16 GB 3200Mhz

My Friends Specs

CPU : I5 Gen 8(idk which one i forget)

GPU : MX-150

RAM : 4 GB (2400 MHz)

 

Escape From Tarkov/ 3080 / low Gpu Utilization

Just want to say I have a 3090 and I too have low gpu/cpu utilization in EFT, and in turn, lower fps than expected. My friend also bought a 3090 and he too has the same issue. We have been playing hardcore for past year and just recently upgraded to 3090s.

It's up to the developers to optimize their game.
