    Bitlocker

    Hello Nandana,

To enable BitLocker on your computer, you follow the steps below:

    • Sign in to your Windows account with an administrator access.
    • Press the Windows key.
    • Type and enter BitLocker.
    • Click Turn on BitLocker.
    • If the system is asking to sing in to administrator access, please do so.

  3. Extract data from encrypted M.2 driver with Bitlocker

I have HP Spectre X360-13--4002ne. I left the laptop in our office. A huge stone fell on laptop because of the explosion in Beirut two days ago.

I connected the laptop to external screen but it is not showing anything.

The M.2 drive is safe. I am wondering if I can extract the information if I attach the M.2 to an enclosure drive.

We apply Bitlocker policy to our computers. Is there to decrypt the Bitlocker via CMD if the M.2 is readable on another computer please?

    Bitlocker Randomly Enabled

    Hi,

On my personal Lenovo laptop, Bitlocker somehow randomly was enabled. I have not enabled it, and I followed the recovery steps without luck. It seems that it was enabled during an update. I logged into my Microsoft account, see that the laptop is listed, but there is no bitlocker key listed. I am at a loss on what the next steps might be for me to be able to log into my computer at this point.
