Windows 10: Why do I have to keep performing the Ipconfig release and renew function to get my internet...

Is it just me, or is Windows 11 affecting my internet connection? I've used Windows since Windows XP. In my experience, I've experienced more problems with internet connections on Windows 10 and now I have to release and renew the ip address numerous times a day in Windows 11. This laptop is a fairly new HP Spectre. I get better speeds on my Kindle Fire 10. I have tried network reset. I have tried the uninstalling and reinstalling the driver. I've owned different laptops for years, and have never had this issue. If I reset the wireless gateway, or change the channel, it fixes it tempo

Windows 10 - Releasing and Renewing IPconfig

Maybe your router is flawed and fails to assign an IP address when it should. Here are a few options:

• Try a different router.
• Use fixed IP addresses
• Use a script that performs the release/renew function automatically x seconds after each logon.

 

Cannot ipconfig /renew

Whenever I try to ipconfig /renew (after ipconfig /release), it takes a long time and then it says that "An error occurred while renewing interface Npcap Loopback Adapter: unable to contact your DHCP server. Request has been timed out" Any suggestions
on how to fix this?

My Dell Laptop is running Windows 10. Each time that I sign in, I must release and renew the ipconfig in Command Prompt to access the internet. How can this annoying problem be fixed?
