    Why do I have to keep restarting my full reset and drive clean?


    I'm trying to fully reset my hp laptop everything goes smoothly up till it gets to 54% and then everything closes out and I have to completely restart the reset process. I try to keep the computer awake to do this should I just leave it alone? What is going on and what do I do?

    The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

    Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
