    Hello,Preinfo:I tried 2 times to ask following question via chat. 2 times I was kicked out because of technical problems.Then I asked for a call back. Someone called me back and kicked me out as well. The helpline person was not able to answer my question - she only asked me if I want to cancel the contract. As I said that this is not my question, she hang up. This behaviour is not correct !The number which called me was: +496929993094 date April 22 2025 at 4:00 pm.
