Windows 10: Why do I have to use fingerprint and pin to login?

I enabled my camera login for windows hello. As soon as I did, it worked but it also wanted me to use my previous fingerprint login as well and then I also had to use my pin. I have disabled my camera login but now I still have to use my figerprint and my pin or just my pin. I need help to try and get back to having fingerprint work with out pin and the pin is just a backup. Any ideas?

Unable to Access Windows - PIN and Fingerprint Issues

I am experiencing issues accessing my Windows account due to problems with the PIN and fingerprint login. Here are the steps I followed and the issues encountered:

1. I entered an incorrect PIN several times.
   
2. I decided to change the PIN. I successfully logged into my account. and attempted to change the PIN, but an error occurred during the process.
   
3. Now, I am unable to log in using the PIN, and it is blocked for 2 hours.
   
4. I am offered the option to use fingerprint authentication, but it does not work.
   
5. I am not given the option to log in using my password or account credentials, even though I logged in with them when attempting to change the PIN.
   

How can I regain access to Windows?

cant login with pin or fingerprint

Hello, I bought a new laptop a few days ago. Everything works normally when i set a fingerprint or a pin and it works normally when it wwant authentication on a mirosoft store, but my login to windows does not work. pin login is not displayed at all and
when i try use the fingerprint it makes sound like it is not the correct fingerprint and i have to login with my password. (i have a TPM chip inside and i tried to erase memory but it didnt work. and a have no errors)

Hello,

I suggest you to create a PIN for your device and try the on screen keyboard to login to the same.

You may follow the steps below to create PIN protection for your device.

• 
  Go to Settings and select account.
  
• 
  Click on sign in option and Go to PIN option.
  
• 
  Now click on Add and set PIN for login.
  

You can use the same PIN to login to your device using the on screen Keyboard from ease of access option and verify the result.
