Windows 10: WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT 2 HOURS

So I was going to log into my windows 11 and then a message popped up saying "this sign in option is disabled of failed sign in attempts I only failed one time why or repeated shutdowns, use a different option or keep your device powered on for at least 2 hours" AND OTHER SIGN IN OPTIONS DON'T WORK I DON'T WANNA WAIT 2 HOURS PLEASE GIVE ME ANOTHER SOLUTION FOR WINDOWS 11

Windows stuck with loading circle while upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10 for last 2 hours.

Disconnect all non-essential devices attached to your computer.

• Check to ensure there is disk activity (look at the hard disk LED light to confirm. If there is, keep waiting. If setup go beyond 2 to 3 hours, try the following steps.
• Power down the computer. Unplug it, then wait 20 mins to 1 hour.
• Disconnect it from the Internet (unplug Ethernet or turn off Wi-Fi).
• Plug it again, ensure it remains disconnected from the Internet then start computer.
• See if it completes setup.
• If setup completes and you see the desktop with the ability to click Start and launch programs, proceed to reconnect to the Internet.
  

 

2 Hour Wait Time on Windows 11 HELP!!

I have a 2 hour wait time on my log in page and I would like to know if there is a way to remove that? I have a faulty power supply so I tend to crash every hour or so. Once I load up my PC from it crashing, I put in my password and says I have to wait 2 hours to log in again. The phrase says this happens from unexpected shut downs which I cannot help with the fact I have a faulty power supply that makes my PC crash every hour or so, like i've stated previously. If anyone knows how to remove this or stop it from coming up, please let me know!
